When this tub works, it’s wonderful! I wanted a heater but didn’t get one. I bought this instead and found I really didn’t need one. The water stays warm the entire time. This whirlpool tub is a great tub to replace a normal size tub if you want the luxury without adding space to a bathroom. It is very calming and relaxing. The jets aren't super strong, but they are enough to help muscles relax. My teenagers love using this after sports, and my husband and I enjoy it after work. Each of my family has said they think this was a good purchase. Having the heater helps a lot. It doesn't make the water "hot" but it keeps it at the temperature that it was originally or slightly warmer. Have a professional install to make sure it is set up correctly helps! First, the finish quality on this tub is very good, looks good. my main concern, and why I did not give it 5 stars is because the specifications and the CAD drawings spec the actual length at 66". However, the length is actually 65-3/4 " at the top of the tub and 65-5/8"at the bottom. This presented a problem requiring one of the end walls to be furred out so that the backerboard and tile installed correctly My rough-in was at 66-1/16" so as to allow the tub to slide in easily if it had been the length shown.
