Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. This is a heavy-duty pivot hinge set, is satin stamped stainless steel, used on Phenolic and Solid Plastic restroom dividers. These parts are very hard to come by. I ordered in matte black. Very pleased with quality; however plumber was a little careless when affixing so some of the paint did scuff off but easily touched up with paint. The product arrived flawless.
