Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. Something that should be added to the installation instructions, in step #3, I would suggest adding a note something like, 'in order for the door to work properly, ensure that the wall profile is 'perfectly' plumb.
