(The only reason for a 4-star rating is due to the plastic hose and handwand. All other aspects are a strong 5-star!) The handheld shower unit came with a plastic hose, which I immediately replaced. I am sure the plastic one would have worked well, but the metal replacement looks much better and will last longer. Update on previous review: We have enjoyed this shower system for 3 months and it has been amazing! The water pressure and flow is excellent - much better than expected. The upper head has 2 settings: rain and typical spray. The rain setting is very soothing and soft. The typical spray setting provides a lot of water at great pressure. As noted above I replaced the plastic hose with stainless steel hose. That has worked well. In addition, I actually replaced the hand wand with a Moen unit and prefer it over the one that came standard. (The Moen unit has additional spray settings that the standard unit lacked) The controls on the system are excellent, allowing temperature control on one stalk and water distribution on the other. I really like the ability to set temperature independent of the "on/off" valve. I also love the surface mounted aspect of the system. Not only is it attactive, but this design will make servicing it much easier should an issue arise. Our plumbers commented on the quality of the unit and how easy it was to install. I was so scared this would be damaged when I opened it! It came very quickly, but when I got home the box was crushed on one side. However, when I opened it it was securely packaged and was not damaged at all!! I was SO happy! This is the tank that goes to the base I had already gotten from Wayfair. I had checked several box stores and online and Wayfair was the cheapest and fastest way to get it. I have not installed the toilet yet, as I am getting things together for a bathroom restore and so I won't be able to comment on it's actual operation at this point. But I will say the tank is small, which I really like. I also really love that the flush is on top of the tank instead of the side.
