The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. The safe is well built and locking mechanism works well. Since the damage did not affect the function of the safe (cosmetic) and was not visible where I placed it I decided to keep it as Wayfair offered me a discount. Well built and sturdy. The directions are easy to follow. I had trouble with some of the screws that went in the front panel from the inside. I did get them after some frustration.
