Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. It’s so cozy and the foam is strong enough that it doesn’t leave a dip. It’s not as big as I though but honestly you can connect it in different ways that it’s very spacious, it’s perfect for family movie night and we can all sit together.
