The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section.
