First thing, we are big Henckels fans. We bought this pan and it is a work of art; a thing of beauty. Pictures don't do it justice. It is well engineered. My Wife has cooked vegetables in it a few times and raves about it. It cleans up perfectly. We like that there are no harsh chemicals in the mix. We always use plastic utensils. The best nonstick I have ever used. I love Berghoff and I have replaced my set with Berghoff now and I absolutely love them. They heat fast use less gas and clean up easier than I have ever seen. I only worry about making an omelette because I am afraid it would slide right out of the pan! That was a joke but they really do slide right out. Even scrambled are no problem.
