Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. I am very impressed by this beautiful pan. The size is perfect but finding a lid to fit has become challenging. I haven't used it yet but read the instructions and even googled more instructions on how to cook with it. I'm sure it will be good. My first piece and will add to it a little at a time.
