I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. The 5-Piece fast-fill (18GPM based on plumbing conditions) faucet has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The Royal also comes with Ella's Dual Drain Technology- the fastest gravity driven drain in the industry. It consists of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, an intensity dial, and strategically positioned hydro jets for a targeted, effective massage. The in-line water heater and ozone sterilization automatically engage when the hydro massage is turned on. The Royal has 16 hydro jets: 10 upper, fixed jets provide relief to your back, hips and thighs; and 6 lower, adjustable jets massage your feet and calves.
