I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
