We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. This foam couch was the easiest set up ever. You just unbox, cut up the plastic wrap and wait for your couch to come alive. That simple. I thought it wouldn’t be as sturdy as a regular couch but man was I wrong. In fact it’s so comfortable I cannot sit there for too long or else a nap will take a hold of me. It’s so cozy and the foam is strong enough that it doesn’t leave a dip. It’s not as big as I though but honestly you can connect it in different ways that it’s very spacious, it’s perfect for family movie night and we can all sit together.
