The umbrella base arrived quickly and on time. It was super easy to fill the sections with water and I also put step stones on top, just to have extra weight. So far, so good. If your offset patio umbrella doesn't come with a base, you may have to move a slab or other heavy object to hold it down on breezy days. Your umbrella will inevitably get scratched, and you will have to deal with the hassle of moving heavy items around, which will ruin your outdoor experience.
