However, there's no mention or photo that shows this part is only the 'sleeve' that is inserted into the rough-in mix valve - it doesn't include the internal cartridge (must purchase separately if needed). Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)
