Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. The 2 in. wide x 52 in. tall post is compatible to be used with our Versai 46 in. or 48 in. tall fence panels. RainDrain Minimalistic is a linear shower drainage system that blends almost invisibly into the design of the shower. The ready-made set is intended exclusively for wall installation and consists of a linear, flush wall connection and a drain in a minimal design in front of the wall. The wall tiles and joints lie directly above the drain grate. You can design the design cover with the floor tiles (11-21 mm) and enjoy a visually continuous design of the walk-in shower .

Matte Black

The RainDrain Match 47 1/4" drain trim (finish set) in matte black from hansgrohe is a flexible drainage solution for installation flush with the back wall or freestanding in the shower area. The shower drain trim's matte black finish goes particularly well with modern bathroom designs. Alternatively, the channel can be tiled at the back also (max. tile thickness 18 mm). The vertically adjustable frame offers flexibility in the drain barrier also: so the system can be adjusted to the height of the tiles – for floor-level installation without trip hazard. The result meets the requirements of a barrier-free shower area. The innovative high-tech silicone membrane also ensure that hair and dirt do not get stuck. This helps prevent annoying blockages in the drain. It is easy: They are installed on a complete set with pre-assembled sealing fleece (sold separately).
