The chairs look good but assembly was difficult. The fabric on the two single chairs appears to have been cut too short. It is impossible to screw the bottom bar when attached to the fabric. I love this couch!! It's firm so if you're looking for the plushness of a boneless couch this isn't for you. It's a beautiful neutral color so goes perfectly with any other piece or rug. It is more of a low profile so if you're tall you may need to add taller legs. It is very comfortable and was delivered in one piece. No trying to connect brackets or pulling off the back. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. This thing is AWESOME! The sound system is really good, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s very comfortable also, you can recline fully and lay down and also move the headrests up or down. I don’t really care for the LED light strip on the bottom so I probably won’t use it, and the button on the left side for it doesn’t work. Also I should mention that the first one the delivery team assembled for us did not work, it had a failed motor which they did not discover until after they assembled it. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
