The dresser itself is gorgeous; however, after waiting what seemed like forever to get my dresser, I was less than happy when it came damaged. There was a crack in wood between the drawers on the front, a place on the bottom between the feet that looks like something chewed it, and the right front foot wasn't put on properly exposing the natural light color of the wood in addition to being scratched in a couple of places. First, let me say, the dresser was packed impeccably, and second, the delivery men did an excellent job delivering it to the "room of choice" I paid extra for. While I was given the option of having it replaced (do you know the hassle that would be with a dresser that heavy, plus, I have a chairlift in my home) or receiving a discount on this piece of furniture, my experience with Wayfair so far has been less than stellar as they returned my bed without notification, didn't send feet to my sectional, and canceled my ottoman. Having customer service representatives and/or a missing business account manager that offer no solution don't help the situation. So, I hope your experience is better than mine.. Kristal.
