I’ve purchased two of these coffee makers. One had a glass carafe, which broke this past month. Zwilling does not have carafe replacements but I contacted the company and they agreed to replace the whole unit. Because I love how the coffee does not have a bitter taste due to the bubble top unit I just bought another.
