Have been using a 5 gal. dispenser type for about a year and a half at out martial arts academy. Looking forward to a lot less hassle from refills and cups each week by installing this little guy. Relatively easy to install as long as you have some do-it-yourself in your blood. Looks great and the bottle filling station really completed the look! This product was exactly what I needed to replace the malfunctioning ones provided by the manufacturor. Also to be noted, I paid less for two of these replacement heads than I would have for one, from the company that originally sold these to the school they were used at. We currently have 6 of these in our 92K sq. ft. office building and as the person who takes care of these I can tell you that when they are working they are a great asset. After 5 years of being installed we are consistently having problems with 2 of them turning off. After replacing every single electrical component including the dedicated outlets that these are plugged into we are still having problems. Lousy design. We had a sensor failure today for the water fill station. Water would not turn off. Tried cleaning sensor, but no luck. The way the unit was built and installed, there is no way to access the water shut off from the front except to pull front panels off and remove the water fountains. When doing this, the drain disconnects and water from the fill station drains uncontrollably on the floor. Once water is shut off, there is no way to correctly re-install the water fountains with all 4 bolts because there is no way to get in back to put nut on the bolt.
