Why would this be designed for the chiller to be located under the lower fountain bowl? There's a ton of room on the left side (upper fountain). This is absolutely ridiculous! The swirlflo units need traps behind the panel which is difficult with the chiller in place. The rough-in sheet is horrible. The bottle filler drain design is not good either. We currently have 6 of these in our 92K sq. ft. office building and as the person who takes care of these I can tell you that when they are working they are a great asset. After 5 years of being installed we are consistently having problems with 2 of them turning off. After replacing every single electrical component including the dedicated outlets that these are plugged into we are still having problems. This product was exactly what I needed to replace the malfunctioning ones provided by the manufacturor. Also to be noted, I paid less for two of these replacement heads than I would have for one, from the company that originally sold these to the school they were used at. Updated review- doesn’t have enough flow rate to work for our drinking fountain. Therefore it never worked for us. —————— Great quality, heavy duty, elegant. The only 2 things is I really wish it came in different finishes besides just chrome. And the push down is pretty stiff to push down. As an adult, so my fingers don’t cramp, I’m using my palm to push it down.
