I purchased this griddler to replace the second flat top griddle in as many years. We use a griddle everyday and I have to say "This one is fantastic!" So many features. First meal was seared balsamic crusted pork tenderloin. Searing feature left a wonderful crust on the fillets and the fact that you can wear on both sides at the same time for up to two minutes and then it switches to a user selectable cooking temp I just st slid my temperature probe into the meat and waited for the correct temperature and it came out perfect. Toaster oven works well. Top grill heats a little slowly, esp. if you have a rushed morning...not good for egg as they advertise.. it runs off into groove before it heats. Coffee maker has a clumsy plastic swing hinge like cheap hotel coffee makers. Yay me.. I still like for oven, and think if the others as a backup coffeemaker and grill.. Anonymous.
