The plant came packaged VERY well, I was nervous about shipping. The pot was wrapped in plastic but there was a little bit of dirt that had spilled out, so I just vacuumed it up. I love that they included a care sheet, ensuring new plant owners can be successful! And the woven basket is such a nice touch so you are not looking at a bare, boring, plastic pot. This is a beautiful, healthy, disease-free plant that was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. This plant is one of four I ordered at the same time. It arrived in a tall, upright box with bamboo stakes embedded in the soil with Kraft paper outer wrapping taped securely to the nursery pot. The soil was moist, held in nicely with stretch wrap and tape, which made for minimal spillage, and the leaves were in excellent shape. This plant is nearly five feet tall including the pot.
