With Contractor Select Juno Podz 4-inch LED canless downlights, ordering, stocking, and installing is easier than ever before as the trim and remodel junction box are packaged altogether in one single carton. Juno Podz combines a low profile, IC rated mechanical form of less than 3” tall with the appearance of a deeply regressed downlight that installs directly into the plenum, eliminating the need for a traditional recessed housing. Additionally, the Podz LED downlights allow for flexibility in lumen and color temperatures by providing switches directly on the fixture to toggle between 700 lumens, 1000 lumens or 1200 lumens and 27K, 30K, 35K, 40K or 50K color temperature options, including a WarmDim (2850K-1900K) feature that provides the warmth and ambiance of traditional incandescent light sources. The dimmable LED light engine features cutting-edge color mixing technology which delivers exceptional color rendering at all LED color temperatures and is offered in 120-volt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got my JPDZ (REC/LED PODZ) recessed light recently. The install was VERY fast and the instructions were clear to understand. I have options on this light that you cannot get with others. Like a lumens pod slider switch that allows for choice of 700, 1,000, or 1,200 lumens. The other pod slider switch is for the light "color" (CCT). A softer white or more of a clear light as the progressions go. You get the lowest setting of WARM white, and goes up 2,700K, 3,000K, 3,500K, 4,000K, and lastly 5,000K. The installation took a little while due to my attic being 130 degrees. I was so jazzed up to get the light installed, I did not want to wait 'till it got cooler. The light looks THAT good. I like the NM wire grommet that secures the NM wires to the junction box. I pulled the knock out slugs, snapped in the provided grommets, and then I pushed the NM through each. Then, I used the junction box provided "push connector block/harness" for wire up. No wire nuts needed. Lastly, I did a fast mini harness "click lock" connection of the metal shielded wires -- to the lamp from the junction. A swing/click of the junction access door -- and it was done. It lights my whole entry great. Like a light you would see at some expensive museum. The paint job is perfect. The lens looks great, and the LED bulb lasts a super long time. No can needed, -- just clips to the top of drywall ceiling. The dream install, -- so easy, even in 130 degree attic heat. Go with no other.. 49ermike. Corona, CA. 2022-08-17 00:54:23
