Hi I just received my delivery and was putting it together for the girls soccer game this evening. There are tie downs missing - they are not attached in two places were they should be. This makes it so you can’t secure the canopy portion, so it just blows around. Also the zipper is broken in the side section were you can store stuff It is missing the other zipper metal piece.
