Get these babies out from underfoot and put them on display!. Yes, I know they are an appliqué piece for stair risers…oh, but they are so much more. I bought them to mount in the top inside corners of 2 niches on either side of a mantel. They have beautiful detailing - a somewhat Art Nouveau design. I attached them with some construction adhesive and secured with two small screws from behind. The pattern is only on the front, so the back is open. They are very lightweight, but durable.
