I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. The framework itself was beautiful when you opened it up. The only thing you had to do was attached to legs. As far as working it operates beautifully. We love it since the day we put it in we went with a 14 inch mattress on top of it because we wanted a little bit more cushion with the foam and it raised the bed up about 2 1/2 inches so it was easier for us at our age to slide out of bed instead of sitting up and standing up overall very good quality for the purchase. Bought this mattress 2 or so weeks ago for a guest room. 3 people have slept in it since that time, for several nights, and 2 out of 3 people said the next morning that the bed was so comfortable. I had to say I was shocked to hear that from 2 different people. 1 being a total stranger, and another a family friend. Its decent. Support difficult to unroll and cut out of the plastic layers. I have a nic in the fabric now from cutting the plastic off so that's sad. The ended of the mattress lack support, so I think it's best for 1 person or 2 smaller people. If you try to sit right on the edge, it collapsed. Or if you put your entire weight through your hand, etc. I think it's a good budget mattress. Time will tell how long it lasts.. Anik.
