The piece arrived assembled and in good condition. The delivery personnel was great. My only grievance was that after I was done unwrapping the piece, we found bees and wasp carcasses inside the drawers and inside the dresser. We ended up having to remove everything and deep clean the dresser with a vaccum, clorox wipes, etc to feel comfortable that this piece of furniture would go into our baby's nursery. We figured that when they were building this piece in Vietnam, they must have painted it outdoors and left to dry (we've been there and seen this being done) and some spiders and bees must have gotten in, when they wrapped it for transport. There were spider webs and spider nest inside but we never found the spider so we hope it died in transit or left the box where they store it... It was a bit traumatic to have to do a deep clean but we felt confident once we took all the drawers out and deep clean the piece. But this shouldn't happen at this price point.. Jennifer.
