Magical!!! This is an amazing feature for our dining room. YES it is tricky to hang by yourself and YES there are 190 crystals to attach, BUT it is very worth it. Crystals are easy to hang with the provided metal bendy hooks. A glove is proved to deter fingerprints. I wore latex gloves anyway to be sure. Bulbs are not included. This has been an awesome experience! The Chandelier shipped quickly and it was packed very securely. No issues with broken or missing parts. A friend of mines put the Chandelier together for me and it was pretty easy for them to do. He mentioned that it was not too complicated at all. It only took 30 minutes to put it all together. It is a bit smaller than I thought it would be but that just means that I will have to put it over a more intimate space, like my vanity . There is something luxurious about looking up and seeing a Chandelier hanging over your head as you prepare to make urself beautiful for the day. The fixture is very good looking in the space. We were thinking we were missing a tier originally. We thought that this is the 2 tier bc the measurements match it. The 3tier base is 24 inches and this one is 12 inches. after careful observing it’s only 2 tiers. We downloaded the app and was working well originally. The timer to brighten the mood worked well but the timer to soften the mood didn’t work. We tried it a couple of times. the timer on the remote was good both ways.
