I have a feeling these baking pans are going to change my life. When I make cookies I just make a double batch because they don’t last long. As a result it takes longer to cook them on regular sheets at ten minute per pan. But it will be so nice to get them cooked sooner and less to wash too. These appesr to be quality baking trays. Looks like what a professional baker or cook would use. They are heavy duty and quite large. As you can see in one of my photos it takes up the entire area in the oven. I havent started any baking but thiese trays will definitely come in handy at our family gatherings. I plan on updating my review when I have used them to comment on the non-stick capability. UPDATE Made some Christmas cookies and they came out delicious as they were evenly cooked, not burnt.
