Product is nice quality. I was able to put it together by myself, and I'm not one for being handy in anyway. I just wish the instructions had been a little clearer for the back panels. Like I said, I'm not used to doing stuff like this, and needed some direction on how the panels in back were supposed to face. Now, they are in backwards because I didn't realize until it was all together. But the drawers cover the top part, and the back isn't too visible. This record player cabinet is officially my favorite piece of furniture in our home. Our family spends so much time listening to music and we consider our Third Man Records player basically a piece of art and now have such a pretty way to display it. It fits everything so perfectly - there are shelves on the side to hold the speakers, built in record racks on the inside with doors that close to keep dust out, and plenty of room on the top for the player itself and our amp. I LOVE that it has built in plugs on the top to keep cords uncluttered. There are also holes on the inside to run the wires for the speakers through so nothing shows. To build was not bad at all. Took 1.5-2 hours and I did alone. The toolsequipment lacked minimal quality while building, but for the price not too shabby. While screwing in screws the finished wood sort of chipped as you would begin to screw.
