BEWARE PLASTIC CAPS This is a pretty good electric bidet/toilet. A little fussy with auto seat sometimes closing while still on the throne. Remote works well, dial on side a bit confusing to use. The main drawback is AESTHETIC. Complete MISREP in pics. See my pics to show the two plastic caps, one on each side of toilet base, to cover bolts that secure toilet to ground. Pics on Wayfair do not display this. I attach photos of the caps on my toilet and also from the install instructions. Really ruins the lines, would not have purchased had I known. I love it! But the instructions state that you need 12 to 16 inches from the center of the drain to the wall. We are at 12 inches and when you put it in place it only leaves 4 inches behind it. No way you can reach behind to fasten it down. Fortunately, the wall behind is the back end of the linen closet so we cut a hole through the wall in order to reach in and fasten it down.
