I absolutely love our new couch. I ordered on a Sunday, everything was here by friday, less than a week for delivery. Assembly was fairly easy, screw on the feet and there were pre-installed brackets on the base to slide the back on. The fabric is very soft and the quality is very nice for the price. All of the cushions inflated after a couple days of being out of the vacuum sealed bags. Absolutely horrible. Ordered this chair at a good price and I was worried because there were only 3 images shown for how it looked but couldnt be that different right Its a simple beige corner chair. No. Around 4 or 5 days after I placed my order and it shipped, more images were added of the chair. No where in the description did it say there was going to be a huge ugly blue velvet panel taking up the entire left side of the chair. Of course, these newly added images now showed this piece, but it was too late as my order was already placed. Extremely deceiving, absolutely horrible. Opened the box for one second and returned it. I wish I could add a picture but I taped it up right away and requested a refund. Waited weeks to receive this only to be met with extreme disappointment. Im not sure why they would add this ugly blue panel to ruin a chair that could have had great potential. Unfortunately there were no reviews when I placed the order but if youre thinking about it, dont do it. Wayfair, do better. Sellers should not be deceiving customers.
