I pondered for weeks wondering whether to get this sectional as there were no reviews. I decided to "test" it out by ordering the double sofa bench separately, figuring that I would return it (pay shipping charges and restocking fee) if I did not like it. I received it, but literally only received 1/2 the unit. The website incorrectly did not mention that it only came with one box (Carton C) instead of two boxes. So, after some back and forth with wayfair who had to contact the manufacturer, I was told I had to order Carton H as well. That was very annoying as I had to pay another $170. Since then, they have corrected the website and description to clearly show you have to order each box separately. (this is true also if you order the double pull out bed module) After I received Carton H, I decided it seemed to be good quality and I liked the color (light gray) so I went ahead and ordered the sectional, but ordered each piece separately as I wanted to have 2 chaise lounges (instead of the double bench and ottoman show in the main picture). The pieces arrived on Friday and Saturday and we assembled it last night. Instructions were not easy to locate, so just started building the couch (no tools are needed, you just line up brackets to connect pieces). Big heads up: Start from the right of the sofa and work your way left. You also need 2 people to build the sectional. Lounged in sectional last night (I love that my husband and I now have our own chaises to use) and it is very comfortable and seems pretty solid and well built. The loose pillows definitely provide more comfort and it is nice that you can use the couch with our without them! Pictures show the loose pillows, first without the bed pulled out, the second with the bed. Definitely glad I got this sectional! I bought the end pieces + the middle piece with ottoman because a 6 piece sectional was too big for my living room. I find it very comfortable, though the back cushions might be sagging/shifting already. It has a really pretty texture but it might not be for everyone. I am giving it 4 stars because it CAME WITH THE WRONG PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS! I assembled it by trial and error. A few days later the end pieces with the correct instructions came in and then I realized that the model is 503, NOT A503. Got this corner wedge chair about three weeks ago for our sunroom and we’re really happy with how it fits the space. The corner design is perfect for utilizing that awkward corner area that usually goes unused, definitely saves lots of space compared to a regular chair. The overall dimensions at 33.86”H x 38.6”W x 38.6”D fit perfectly in the corner against our brick wall. Installation was easy with only 7 screws and nuts that need to be placed in pre-designed locations for the back supports, took me maybe 15-20 minutes total. The solid wood frame construction feels sturdy and well-made. The pillow back design with cushions is comfortable for sitting and reading. However, the cushions are pretty firm - not super plush or soft, more of a medium-firm feel that takes some getting used to. The two-tone blue and cream fabric looks nice and modern, matches our decor well. The corner wedge design is unique and adds visual interest to the room. The chair doesn’t swivel which is fine for a stationary reading spot. The frame material being solid wood gives it good stability and durability. The product warranty is reassuring. The fabric texture is a woven material that seems durable and should hold up well. The cushions include a seat cushion and back pillows that provide decent support. The chair sits at a comfortable height for getting in and out. The space-saving aspect is definitely the main selling point - it maximizes an otherwise wasted corner. **update** I had to come back and add a star. This seat is so useful, we scoot it around the bedroom for all kinds of tasks, the dogs use it for steps to get on the bed, and yesterday I pulled it over to the christmas tree to go through the ornaments and decorate the tree. It doesnt slant anymore like it did at first, it had a slope to it, but its gone and completely flat seat now! ****end update***** This little seat is actually quite large! I got it to have somewhere to sit in my bedroom to put on my shoes and stuff instead of the edge of my bed. It is very wide and very deep, its also pretty heavy, which is great if you dont want it to shift whenever youre sitting down on it, but not so great when you want to move it. At night it is pushed up next to the edge of my bed and acts as steps for my dog to get up to the bed (yes Im one of those people that sleeps with their dog at the end of the bed) Once inflated (that is definitely not the right word....) its quite dense but comfortable, the front ege of the seat never really got completely even with the rest of the seat so It slopes a little, visually, you dont really notice it when youre sitting on it.
