I am 100% disappointed with this purchase. The picture looked great, but the actual product is very cheap and poorly made. I understood that it needed to be assembled, but I thought that meant attaching the brackets and hanging rods to the shelf. The rods are in two pieces and are attached by a spring and push button. I have had items that needed to be assembled in the past, but the items such as the support rods were solid and attached or connected by a screw, not a spring and push button. I was very much looking forward to trying this item out for a storage solution for pots and pans. Unfortunately, the contents of the package only included the shelves and wall brackets. The hooks with which you hang items were not included nor were any screws or drywall anchors. The screws and drywall anchors are easily remedied but the product does not really function without hooks. Otherwise seems like a relatively nice product for its intention.. Anonymous.
