Good storage, watertight even in the face of a rainy nor'easter. Used Lowe's cement blocks 15.7" with the number 2 step sand used for paver installation. Made for a solid foundation. One issue is because the unit opens from the top and front which is great, there is not enough support to keep the side walls square at the front so you need to push them together about an inch when closing. Managed to put together by myself in only a couple of hours. Pretty easy instructions. Its a great height. My only complaint is partly my own fault. My trash/recycling bins have hinged tops, and with the partial hinge opening on the top of the shed, they can't open up very far. However, it works fine for what I need and we might be able to adjust the hinges to the back to suite our specific need. Overall, great for the price and effort needed.. Samantha.
