This unit is of poor quality. The seams at the base of each shelf are only weakly glued together and will split apart with very little force. Extra long screws are needed to secure them, but it is tedious to drill extra holes and find long enough screws. I would not by this unit again or recommend it to anyone.. David. Deer Isle, ME.
