I received an expensive mirror that I have been waiting for for a long time. When I opened it I discovered that the mirror was cracked. I phoned customer service and was told that I new mirror was being ordered. Now I receive an email saying my new order is being cancelled. I would like to know why. You delivered a damaged product.
