I have ordered with more enthusiasm since I like the item. But when I opened the item is the right one which is mentioned in the description. Called the customer service and got the refund 20%. She was very nice to understand our frustration where description of the item was wrong , no fan no blades etc and the size (23 inch) does not match with original item ordered (42 inch). After our electrician came and fix the chandelier we found that the middle two lights are not working. I have attached the photo for your reference. This is even more frustrating. I have paid $70 to fix in the ceiling. If I want to return the item now I need to pay another $70 for the electrician which I don't want to. This is my honest feedback.
