I was frustrated because for me, it wasn't about the refund, rather getting the right item delivered. Wasted my whole day waiting for the firepit to be delivered, turned out to be the wrong item, a piece of small glass. The delivery guy took a photo and one hour on the phone talking to 3 people trying to resolve it and I am not getting the item that I paid for, only they offered a refund.
