The product it self is nice. Looks great, and seems to be heavy duty. The 3 star rating, is because I would rate the customer service from new age a 1*. Wayfair doesn’t handle the replacement parts, so they have to transfer you to new age customer service, which is a joke. Both of the tops were damaged when I received them. really like the system. Assembled fairly easy, It took two people. Only complaint was one cabinet didn't have holes punch for feet but with a little effort we got by that obstacle.
