That is a mistake I made, I was so anxious to see what it would look like put together. It is a beautiful couch and it has held up from the tiny hands and feet of my great grandkids. If you want a beautiful, strong sofa, you can’t go wrong by purchasing this one. The only regret I have is that I purchased the cream and not the white. This was worth waiting for. Beautiful lines, and nice and firm. It's hard to find a new sofa that won't look anachronistic in a vintage 1930 home, but this does the trick. A pleasant surprise is that it sits a little higher than I expected. The fabric is soft to touch, and it comes with two matching square pillows. I'm delighted with this sofa! Very easily moved into the house (our request was. To deliver it to the garage as we are remodeling). It is light weight and easily managed. The cushions are amazing.
