This chair fits the bill. It was easy to snap together to assemble. Small enough to easily drive through the halls of my senior living complex. My reason for the 4 versus 5 rating is that there is no easy way to find out where or who handles repairs and how I would get the chair to them. After assembly it will not fit back in the box. Bottom basket has two metal supports across the top, harder to put bags there but there is a zipper opening in the bag if you need to fit things I. That way, and the supports help the upper area hold heavy objects like a case of water.
