Enjoy the convenient cordless charging of mobile devices. The kwikboost edgepower desktop charging station system is a total solution for laptops and mobile devices in workspace and classroom environments. Edgepower eliminates extension cords by putting power right where you need it.The kwikboost edgepower light use bundle includes 3 rechargeable batteries, 3 clamp-on desktop charging units, plus a 3-bay base charging station. This system is ideal for small-to-medium-sized rooms where users require frequent access to supplemental power. Each edgepower clamp-on desktop charging unit features an innovative design that easily attaches to most tables and desktops. Once connected, each unit offers a standard ac outlet, a USB-a charging port, and a USB-c PD charging port. When loaded with freshly recharged edgepower rechargeable batteries, you have enough power to charge typical laptops up to 2 times, average Chromebooks or tablets up to 4 times, and standard smartphones up to 14 times. If desired, each desktop charging unit can also charge a laptop and 2 mobile devices simultaneously.

We just received these the other day and yesterday began charging and prepping where we will test them out. There are a few initial comments: Packaging - when they were placed in the box, if you opened it in the perceived upright position, there was nothing holding the Styrofoam together on the bottom so we almost dropped the clamp-on portion. simple tape at the bottom or switching which end was placed on the bottom would fix this. Battery Fit - after charging the batteries, which is very simple and is nice that you don't need to force it in to get it to charge, I went to place the battery in the clamp-on unit. The fit was very snug and if you placed this under the middle of the desk, you can't see where you are putting the battery making it a little difficult. If you put this on the end of the desk/table it may very well be easier, but as mentioned this is just initial comments. The same issue is encountered when removing the battery - very tight and doesn't want to come out. While that's good to know the battery won't come loose, it does make it a little difficult to remove. Maybe a solution is to change the way the battery is entered by making the battery rotated so it is entered in to the front of the unit (not actually rotating the battery, just having it slide in like putting a letter into an envelope if that makes sense). I'll be happy to provide more feedback after we have used these more as we are placing a survey for our team members to complete near where these are being placed.. Trevor S.. . 2020-03-06 12:22:46
