I purchased three of these jersey frames. Two boxes were taped together and the third was sent in a separate box. In the individual box, each piece of acrylic had a protective layer to remove. For the two that the boxes were taped together, the acrylic pieces were wrapped with plastic moving wrap (think saran wrap) as if the product had been opened and repackaged. This made it EXTREMELY difficult to unbox. Additionally, there were scratches and markings on the acrylic. The Fifteen Baseball Upright Display Case is made of all glass and supported by real wood. The already assembled shelf is also made of real glass. The shelf along with the rings for the baseballs comes loose. Simply place the shelf on the base, arrange the rings the way you want and place the outer cover over the baseballs.
