I realize the picture has 4 items per row, but for some reason I was expecting the capacity to be better than that. And to be fair, it is, but it doesn't hold a normal set of silverware (8-12) well. You also have to turn everything opposite of the picture in order to be able to see what's actually in there. Again, should have been obvious from the picture, but I guess I was expecting some flexibility since it's expandable. But speaking of that, the expandable piece has no issues.
