[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this just to keep an extra set of locks for all our classic cars and the house doors in a locked case. Upon receiving this product, we opened the package to find it pretty banged up and scratched with some very visible dents and scratches down to the silver. There are definitely a lot of hooks inside and lots of ID tags as well, so this will fit everything we need and then some. The lock looks a bit weak, but I think it will serve its purpose for the most part. We aren't expecting some crazy break-in and really just wanted it to keep everything in some spot, but if someone really wanted to get into this, they could with a little effort. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lets focus on the things I do like. I love how heavy duty this is, it isn't made from cheap flimsy materials. I love that it has a digital keypad instead of your typical combo lock. It is spacious so we have several things inside with our keys. I also love that it has the slot in the corner to drop keys into without having to open the door every time. It is very user friendly and super easy to set up/ change the combination you pick. The only problem I have with this and the reason it lost a star is because of the "handle" to open the door. It is a fairly small circle that feels like it may be made of plastic that is honestly a little hard to hold on to with how heavy the little door is. It really needs a small handle, even if they keep the circle to turn the lock there needs to be something to hand on to that you can pull the door open with. I am a woman with smaller hands so it was a little easier for me but anyone with larger hands may struggle a bit to open the door. This key cabinet is exactly what I have been missing to add an e tea layer of security. The cabinet is made of high quality steel and finished with a durable powder coated paint. The lick is a customizable combination that is easy to change for an e tea layer of security. There is room to hold 40 keys on hangar tags with clips to secure the key (which are included). The tags can then be customized with a permanent marker or there is a list where you can document which number correlated with each client. The cabinet is easily mountable with 3 screws (which are included along with anchors if needed) and easy to mo e if needed to place into a different location. I am very pleased with the durability, quality , and added safety of this cabinet.
