Fantastic price and very good quality, lightweight, super easy to put together (im terrible at that and only took me 10 minutes)... i didnt use the brackets or attach to my frame but wedged behind the bed (so no tools or assembly needed) and used some foamy double side tape behind it to keep it from moving and banging against the wall and its working perfectly. The headboard is just what I needed. It wasn't too difficult to put together, though a little challenging. I couldn't have done it without the help of one other person. I wasnt aware when I bought this that it doesnt have any place to attach to a frame, so it just slides behind the bedframe. I was worried about this being flimsy since it couldnt bolt into the frame, but so far, no issues with it wobbling around - its actually quite heavy, anyway! and much taller and more grand in person than I thought it would be, from pictures. Love it! We purchased the king-size, black option. No shipping issues, delays or damage with our delivery. It is much lighter weight than it looks from the pictures, but it still feels substantial. Easy to assemble with the included hex wrench. It is just over 50 inches tall when adjusted to its tallest position (which is the height we chose). It is not suitable to be mounted to a wall, but we have a split king adjustable bed so we couldn't attach it to the bed frame. We engineered a way to attach it to the wall securely (4- 1x4 boards painted the wall color, and screwed into the wall studs and then the headboard attached securely to the boards using 4 painted conduit clamps). The bed just sits in front of the headboard, but is not connected. One picture shows the headboard secured to the wall. We really like the look, and feel it is a great value.. P. California. It is a very cute headboard. The only issue is the lower part of the legs where they connect to the actual headboard is visible.
