I got the Ivory Grey. This rug is sleek and bright. It is also a chameleon. It transforms in natural light, making the faint grey striations less recognizable as the sheen on the rug shines. In low light it changes from that cooler brighter ivory to a more subdued off white with a faint hint of warm tone. Depending on your decor and other pieces you could pull cooler or warmer—but it leans more toward cool. The sheen causes footprints to change how the rug appears, not in a messy way, it looks luxurious still—but head’s up in case you’re looking for a completely flat finish. The striations are visible when you’re up close and looking down on the rug. They aren’t noticeable when looking across the rug from a further distance. I think they add a nice dimension to this rug. It was hard something not overly patterned. It is soft, cleans up better than viscose rugs. We added a memory foam pad also from Wayfair, it makes it feel like a carpet from a modern luxury hotel.. This rug is beautiful. I almost wish I bought the largest version for our living instead of the 5 × 7 for the foyer. The reason it is not what I expected is it is quite thin, much thinner than expected and the color is much lighter than the picture. Significantly lighter. I knew it wouldn't be exact bc when you photograph most rugs they appear darker in the pix. This one is so much lighter I'm surprised they don't adjust the pix a bit. It really is disappointing when you get so excited for a product and are instantly deflated bc it wasn't advertised properly. Considering keeping. Want to wake up and look at it with a clear mind.
