First problem was that a couple of the pieces were broken upon arrival. However, customer service was super responsive and shipped us new parts within a week. Next, the instructions are very confusing, especially if you wish to assemble this table with the long side facing left. However, after all is said and done, the table looks great and the quality is superb once all of the pieces are put together correctly. Setup was done by 2 people at most times, as mentioned, there were points of confusion. When the pieces were found to be broken, we couldnt resume until the pieces were shipped to us, which had been quick. After having this nook for a month, it works really well - we use it everyday for breakfast, and dinner. The cushions are comfy enough for eating, and the bench is a nice addition for when there is not enough room on the main bench. You can fit about 4-5 people with this nook, depending on how big people are. One thing that I wish was a bit better was the sturdiness of the table, as it can move if you push it a tiny bit. So far the handling of the box was pretty rough. It is very heavy so if only one person handled it you can tell by the outside damage. All pieces are there, found the electrical piece broken as well as a few scuffed up pieces due to handling. I ordered both the lime green and the light blue cushion sets for contrast. This set is a nice cozy little table which has saved space in our lounge area. It was relatively easy to set up in terms of the number of parts, but you definitely need two people. The table has sharp pointed edges. so if you have little ones you may want to get corner protectors. Otherwise, the table is relatively lightweight and moves easily, so I recommend getting something when we need to hold it still if you do not have carpeted floors.
