The Rolls-Royce of filing cabinets has finally arrived and although I was extremely disappointed, and how long it took for to arrive… It has all made up for in one of a kind filing cabinet. California never has homes with a linen closet after the 40s I think lol. I can put our towels here and fold laundry and store til I put it away. It was usually my ill get to it pile corner. The grooves in the wood real. It looks more like worm wood or drift wood sanded down. Id say it could be painted. Im.not sure about the CA warning, but still was able to be delivered so not something banned I guess. Really lovely piece thats hopefully going to last a very long time.
